เงื่อนไขอื่นๆ

1. รับเคลมเฉพาะสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อจากทางร้านเท่านั้น 
2. รับเคลมสินค้าทีีมีสติ๊กเกอร์รับประกันของทางร้าน ต้องไม่มีรอยฉีก ขาด หลุด หาย ลบ แก้ไข หรือถูกปิดทับจนมองไม่เห็นสาระสำคัญบนตัวสติ๊กเกอร์
3. การรับประกันสินค้าไม่ครอบคลุมถึงสินค้าที่เป็นของแถม การใช้งานผิดประเท การใช้งานที่ไม่ถูกต้อง สินค้าถูกงัดแงะ แกะ ดัดแปลง และซ่อมแซมโดยบุคคลที่ไม่ได้มาจากช่างซ่อมของทางร้าน อุบัติเหตุ การละเลยไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำที่กำหนดไว้ รวมถึงสินค้าที่เสียหายอันเกิดจากัยธรรมชาติ ฟ้าฝ่า น้ำท่วม ไฟไหม้ และกระแสไฟแรงดันไฟฟ้าไม่ปกติ
4. สภาพสินค้าที่เสียหายจากผู้ใช้ เช่น แตกหัก ชำรุด บุบ ตกหล่น รอยไหม้ มีคราบน้ำคราบสนิม การต่อผิดขั้ว จะถือว่าสิ้นสุดการรับประกันทันที
5. สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าตัวใหม่ได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้รับสินค้าจากระบบ กรณีที่เครื่องมีรอยตำหนิ แตก หรือปัญหาที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของโรงงานประกอบ จะต้องแจ้งกลับายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับสินค้า หรือตรวจเช็คสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว พร้อมถ่ายภาพหรือวิดีโอส่งให้กับทางร้าน
    5.1 ส่งเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า (ยึดตามระบบจัดส่ง) หากสั่งซื้อสินค้าไปเกิน 7 วันแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นตัวใหม่ได้ กรุณาตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทุกครั้งหลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมกับแจ้งเลขพัสดุภายใน 2 วัน หรือเร็วที่สุด นับตั้งแต่วันที่ท่านได้รับคำยืนยันการรับคืนจากร้าน
    5.2 อุปกรณ์ในกล่องต้องครบ สภาพสมบูรณ์เหมือนตอนได้รับของ เช่น แพ็คเกจ สายชาร์จ คู่มือ หากขาดอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งจะไม่รับเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าตัวใหม่ และต้องห่อบับเบิ้ลใส่กล่องให้เรียบร้อย กล่องสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ภายในกล่องส่งเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้กล่องสินค้าเป็นกลอ่งสำหรับใส่แปะใบปะหน้า กล่องสินค้าห้ามมีเทปกาวติดอยู่ ให้ส่งสินค้ากลับมาเหมือนตอนที่ร้านค้าห่อส่งให้ลูกค้า
   5.3 สินค้าจะถูกนำส่งให้ลูกค้าก็ต่อเมื่อทางร้านได้รับสินค้าที่ลูกค้าส่งมาถึงแล้วเท่านั้น
   5.4 การเปลี่ยนสินค้าจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น หากไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขขออนุฐาตไม่รับเปลี่ยนคืน
6. กรณีส่งสินค้ากลับมาเคลมทางลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้ออกค่าส่ง
   6.1 กรณีทางร้านตรวจสอบแล้วเป็นความผิดพลาดจากการผลิต ร้านจะเป็นผู้ออกค่าจัดส่งสินค้าขากลับ
   6.2 แต่ถ้าตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่าสินค้าใช้งานได้ปกติ ไม่พบอาการเสียตามที่ลูกค้าแจ้งมา ทางลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้ออกค่าจัดส่งสินค้าขากลับ (ค่าจัดส่งคิดตามขนาดและน้ำหนักของสินค้า)
